First of all – do not look for some fancy techniques and supplements if you do not take care of basics of your life, like sleep, diet, stress management, proper exercise and getting rid of bad habits.
Only after you get rid of these you might want to take a look at your health condition, see a doctor, try looking for some kind of medication.
