You probably love your everyday cup of coffee – it’s something more than just a drink for you at this point – it’s a ritual, it’s part of your day, it’s like another part of you.
You want this habit, part of your life – as you are doing it every single day – even more healthy, because, heck – why not?
Here are some ways in which you can achieve that:
1. No Caffeine After 2 P.M

You probably heard about not drinking coffee in the evening or before going to sleep – that’s obvious. The later the day, the worst it gets, but you should probably abstain from it after 2-3 PM. Because if you don’t, it can interfere with your sleep schedule and that’s something you don’t want to happen – especially if you are busy and living an overall healthy lifestyle person. Why? Because sleep is the most important thing for a human for energy recharging and getting your body ready for the next day.
2. Reduce (or Remove Completely) Sugar From Your Coffee

That might be obvious for you also, but we all know, how tasty the Starbucks latte can be. It’s really tempting, isn’t it? But we all know how bad is sugar for our overall health. It is linked to all sorts of serious diseases, so what can we do about that fact? If you really like your coffee to be sweet and tasty – try out stevia, it’s so much better and the taste of your coffee doesn’t really differ that much.
3. Try Organic Brands
Sadly most the popular brands today are filled with pesticides and all of that stuff that might cause health issues in a long run. That’s the main reason you might want to consider buying organic coffee beans. They might still consider some amount of pesticides and you should aim for none of them of course.
4. Do Not Drink Too Much of It
Like an old saying says – everything in good in moderation. Also – drinking too much of it might reduce the benefits that you are probably concerned about. What is more excessive caffeine intake may have various adverse side effects, but you probably experienced it yourself.

5. Add Something To It!
There are a couple of things, that you can add to your coffee to make it better, damn – even tastier than before! Cinnamon is one of these – it can lower your blood glucose, cholesterol and it makes your coffee super tasty. Another thing is cocoa – it’s loaded with antioxidants, reduces the risk of heart disease, it’s your own type of mocha basically.
Summary
You love your everyday morning coffee and a lot of people do. But be vary of the fact, that the high intake of caffeine is bad for your health and that’s something to think about – everything has it pros and cons. As I mentioned – try avoiding sugar, too much caffeine and try to mix it up.
Also – keep it organic and natural as much as possible.
Enjoy your coffee and be healthy.
And of course – stay strong and unspillable!
