Being a mom is a hard, hard, HARD work.
Tons of responsibility, tons of patience, waking up in the middle of the night, all of that harsh reality of having a baby. But you know it’s worth it – and that’s why you give your best everyday.
But after some time you need some time for yourself, some kind of break, something that will make you relax, stop thinking about everything there is to do. And maybe that something for you is your cup of coffee. How to make this moment even more magical?

1. Start with a deep breath..
Studies have shown that average woman starts caring for her children at 6 am an average every morning. Starting day with some time for yourself will not only add to the productivity of your day but also enhance your mood and improve your mental health – you can find more about that and about creating your morning routine in this article –
How to Create a Good Morning Routine
This is also the best time to clear your mind, take a deep breath and prepare yourself for another battle – no noise, no crying, no stress – just you, your coffee and your calmness.
2. Make your breaks better!
The 21-st century mother is expected to put her child first always, worry about their food, potty, education, etc., while also balancing their own office work, maintaining a spotless house and look perfect.
That too much for one person. So – it my sound counterintuitive – you should make your breaks more productive too. Not in a way, that you work even on your break, no – I mean, that you should make them as relaxing, calming, cleansing and refreshing as possible.
More enjoyable break can lead to more productivity – that’s cool, isn’t it?

3. Just be by yourself
For that – I strongly advice you to cut off EVERYTHING for that moment. Mute your phone and put it away, close the doors, if that’s needed – put earplugs in just to stay with yourself, silence and your coffee for this brief moment.
It may be even 5 to 10 minutes a day, but trust me – it will make huge difference. Calm mind is a healthy mind.
Stop, take a deep breath, step back for everything you were doing, take a sip of your favourite coffee (and something to read if you want it to be more interesting experience) and JUST BE.
